Eaton Recruitment is a leading IB recruiter with relationships with many of the UKS top Elite boutiques. We have recently been engaged a premier investment bank with deep industry expertise, who provide strategic advisory services across the industrials space.
As part of a growing team with a strong pipeline of transactions, our client is looking to add an industrial Senior Analyst who will be actively involved in both advisory and, on principal investment transactions from the outset. The role requires a highly motivated individual with a solid technical foundation, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling
- Support the preparation of marketing and information materials for banks and financial institutions participating in financing processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience particularly with the industrials space
- Deal Structuring
- Assisting with documentation process
- Work closely with M&A colleagues to align financing delivery with deal timelines and strategic objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience WITHIN AN INVESTMENT BANK or 5 years within BIG4
- Solid understanding of debt products across the capital structure, including senior, subordinated, and structured instruments
- Demonstrated knowledge of finance documentation and credit processes
- A clear and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in M&A
- Outstanding academic background, ideally with a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in building cash flow models and performing detailed financial ratio analysis
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, coupled with sound commercial judgement
- Familiarity with the UK and broader European investment banking landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Salary
£85k plus bonus
