Role Overview:
As an M&A Generalist Associate, you will be at the forefront of the deal team, working closely with senior bankers, and managing client relationships. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, focusing on global M&A deals across multiple sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, from due diligence to deal structuring and negotiations.
- Create and maintain complex financial models.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and interact directly with clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare high-quality management presentations & marketing pitches
- Work closely with internal teams and manage junior analysts to ensure successful transaction delivery.
Key Requirements:
- You will need to have 3-4 years of M&A or investment banking experience (either from a bulge bracket, boutique bank, or relevant advisory firm).
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Outstanding record of achievement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage own work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Fluency in German & English
