Experienced in over 150 transactions, our partner owned client is looking for an associate to join their small team of 20, providing support and to their partners on day to day deal executions, helping sponsors meet their unique financial objectives
Duties to include:
- Key point of contact with clients, lawyers & lenders
- Develop new relationships with lenders and PE houses
- Financial modelling
- Preparation and negation of transitional terms
We would be interested in candidates that have a strong Debt Advisory background, either within big4 or a bank, an outstanding academic background and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
