Our client is highly experienced in identifying, structuring and commercialising opportunities throughout the UK and Europe. In addition to this our client also carries our asset management services for subsidy free renewable energy projects, as well as owning and operating a portfolio of property developments across the South of the UK.
As a result of their continued success they are seeking an investment associate that can identifying and deliver new investment opportunities across solar, on shore wind, waste to energy and battery storage.
Duties includes:
- Structuring and launching of investment vehicles
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis for proposed investments
- Preparation of investment appraisals
- Portfolio performance evaluations
- Asset and financial management
- Research new opportunities, businesses & technologies
- Undertake financial modelling
- Supporting due diligence transaction documentation and overall deal execution
Our client is looking for candidates that demonstrate previous (3 – 5 years) experience in fund raising and deal execution within the renewables in addition to:
- Excellent academic background
- Strong ability to undertake complex financial modelling
- Bolt on strategies
- IPC experience
